Meet the Artist
Merna Uccello, a former registered nurse and executive with an international healthcare management company, started Red Coat Designs in 1999. With only her God-given talent and no formal art training, she has painted for over 300 clients -- sports and entertainment celebrities, churches, restaurants, soccer moms, and more -- and the majority are repeat customers.
With little more than word-of-mouth advertising, Merna has built an extensive portfolio, completing projects in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, Louisiana and Texas.
